Yes, provided the home passes a management inspection.
Do you rent Moblie Homes in your community?
No. Our community is for owner-occupied homes only.
Are Pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed with management approval. Each pet must not exceed 35 lbs.
Am I allowed to have roommates?
Yes, but all roommates must be registered with management.
Can I rent my home to someone if I move?
No. Rentals and subleasing are not permitted.
What is included in the rent?
Water service and seasonal lawn mowing are included.
